This may involve explaining the enrollment process, and/or assisting with online enrollment. 4) Options for Help Reviewing options and eligibility for assistance with completing and submitting applications for Medicare and related programs like Extra Help (Low-Income Subsidy) for prescription drug costs. This ensures that individuals receive all the benefits they are entitled to.
